thank you i found the problem, my normals were not properly named didnt mean to reply twice

in oblivion nifskope i do not know how to add a normal map to a model and i need help, i know how to use nifskope pretty well but it wont let me assign a normal map to a model and it shows up dark in the game cause of a lack of a normal i uploaded a screenshot

i could do the model but i dont know much about animation -
the mod i made which is a hunting rifle and laser rifle combined is not shooting from the guns barrel, it shoots from the left side could someone tell me how to fix it.i will post a screenshot.
