Problem with Project Reality, It's not becoming Dark

The Screenshot is if you only use the default night from Project Reality, I'm using the Darkest Night option so the fact that it looks the same as on the page is what the problem is. -

It's supposed to be much Darker. Does anyone know a fix? It gets to the main screen (With the frontal picture in all) but the buttons do not appear nor the message that states that the expansions have been loaded I apologize for my english, it's not my first language. -

I know how to configure my load order and Boss nor FNVEDIT detected a loadorder issue. I've checked through it manually but I see no problems. -
I think it's a problem with my load order, I disabled every mod and loaded my game up again with 4gb new vegas and it worked fine. It's not a unified hud problem, The grenade hotkey doesn't even work anymore but the others do, I tried uninstalling all my mods keeping only PN checked. My most previous save file was before dead money =( -

I suggest looking up 'dwemer rifle' I'm on a phone so I cannot link. But they are two flintlock guns, that are a bit lore friendly. -
