Come on people, nothing? This can't be a rare thing.

I like installing new weapon pack mods, but more often than not the weapons look really lousy. The textures will change constantly while moving my character around and they'll change colors. Yes, I've used archive invalidation. My graphics card isn't lousy. What's the deal? Is it common for an M-14 in game to change from brown to black to rainbow and back again?
