[SKSE Can't look up or down]

I have this problem.

I don't have ImmersiveFP

Nevermind, I fixed it.

Here's exactly what I did.

1.Type player.tc in console

2.repeat the first step

3. Mounted a horse

4. Saved

5. Loaded the save where i was on a horse.

Being on a horse/being in third person probably has nothing to do with it.
