After the post i install loot, run and still the same problem. Any other sugestion?

First of all, my english is not too good so i will do my best to explain myself. I dont remember when this problem start to happen so i dont know if is a mod issue or something like that. My rain is invisible, i can hear the rain and see the wet body of my char (because i use wet and cold mod) but not the rain. i try everything but the problem still there, i unistall and reinstall vivid weather but still the same. can someone help-me? Obs: i dont use ENB or Reshade ModList:
