[bad english] Is there a mod that disable force 1st person zoom when aiming with scope in 3rd person So 3rd person stay in 3rd person and 1st person stay in 1st person

Well ... my Companions is too OP :)) make my main character look like a joke compare to

as I read that you have to do at least 25% of the damage to the NPCs that your companion kills in order to earn XP rewards. so is there a mod that make companions don't steal XP ?

.... Their face is dirty as hell
