Legion. A post-apocalyptic world must purify the population somewhat or else civilization is doomed. I wonder though, how Legion society looks like since we only get to see them at the frontline.

I have some textures (re-textures of the Quantum and nuka banners) That do load in the GECK but not in game. How is this possible?

Little side note: I want to skin both clothes and static objects.

Hello all. I am new to fallout modding, I have mastered the basics of the GECK now and I would like to attempt skinning. I have however no clue how to reach the needed files! I know they are in .DDS format thanks to info on the web, but I can't find a way to reach them! I don't need help on editing them, I just need to know how to reach the files. Thanks in advance.
