i have a dell xps 210 and i was wondering if i can play fallout3 on it.. I have no idea what graphics card is in here or anything like that but im sure u can look up the specs.. so please help me ! btw i am new to pc gamimg so i have no clue what im doing.

Hey guys really gald to be on this site! Im new here and i dont know anything about modding. Can someone please tell me the basics of how to mod fallout? How do i download the requirements and where?
