    Making my own CM partner

    So I'm using the CM partners mod to make my own companion ( I've done this before and it worked fine ) but now when I try to do it. I can make the companion, I'm using a custom race for her. And she shows up fine in the Construction Set except when I exit it and go back into the CS her face is missing and she's reset to the vampire race.

     

    I'm assuming it has to do with the custom race then, but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any ideas?

    Gene Projection Bug

    Hi

     

    I've only just started modding Fallout 3 so I apologize for being abit of a newb on the subject, I've installed the Shojo race mod and ever since I've been having some problems with the gene projection ( the race menu, character creator, whatever you wanna call it )

     

    I click the new race and the face appears but as soon as I try to change something or even just rotate the face it goes black and I can't see the face for any race at all anymore.

     

    I've looked around and I don't think I've found any threads or people with a similar problem, does anybody know what's going on?

    CTD When I go Outside

    I hadn't even done anything with the mod, I just activated it and loaded a game that was already outside. It crashed.

     

    Loading one who's in an interior cell works fine but as soon as I go outside into Cyrodill it crashes. No matter wich save game, new game, other characters, its all the same ;/

    Hey guys.

     

    I recently installed and uninstalled the Astralis mod. But now I noticed whenever I try to go outside into the cyrodiil my game crashes!

     

    I really don't know what to do ;/

     

    It happened when I installed Astralis but the problem remained even though I uninstalled the mod... did I uninstall it properly? I deleted all the associated files ;S

     

    This really is confuzing me.

    Well I have no idea what's going on at this point. Yesterday everything was fine and I didn't even install any new mods.

     

    Today though, everytime I load saved game ... crash to desktop....

    Try to make a new character .... crash to desktop...

     

    The only saves I can load ( sometimes ) are really old ones....

     

    No idea what's going on.... anyone ever have this?

    Better Cities Ranger's Guild

    Hey

     

    I installed Better Cities a while ago and joined the Ranger's Guild that it added. I did 2 quests for them but now they won't give me any new missions!

    Does anybody know about this?

     

    I think I heard this faction may be incomplete but can someone confirm this?

    Boy is this a complicated mod. Slowly i am starting to make sense of it all.

     

    But still ... my problem is that when i want to change SSS.ini nothing changes in my game.

     

    This is what it looks like in my SSS.ini:

     

    set sssKey.StyleAction to 19; StyleAction asigned to R key

     

    I even changed air hike to mouse button 3 like in the example so there couldn't be anything wrong with that right?

    set sssKey.Airhike to 259; Airhike assigned to Mouse Button 3

     

    But in game nothing changes! Does anybody know what i did wrong?

    To the right of formID is count. ;S

     

    But it doesn't even really matter anymore. All i care about right now is getting rid of the enchantment. I find the formID in the CS of the enchantment, but it just doesn't work when i try to dispel it with console.

     

    EDIT : Solved it. I had to find the MagicID infact, silly me. But thanks anyway!

    So yeah that is what pops up when i try to equip my amulet. It was after the amulet was forcifully removed from me. Similar to the ring of the vipereye bug.

     

    Back then i could just look up the baseID and spell ID of that ring on the wiki in order to fix my problem. But my current amulet is a custom one from a mod. I checked in the CS but i have no idea where to find the base or spell ID,

    i tried changing the amulet to a non quest item in the CS but that did not resolve the problem, so my last hope is to use console to dispel the effect ( because even though i do not have it equipped i still have the effects )

    and then hopefully to make it equippable again aswell.

     

    But i think i can settle for just dispelling the effect and finding a new amulet.

     

    So does anyone know where i can find the spell or base ID of this custom amulet?

     

    EDIT : Okay so it's behind a collapsed column, i figured that out. So i find the formID for the enchantment that i want displled. I do the console thing but ... nothing. Just some nonsense about the enchantment not being found...

     

    I am at my wits' end -.-

    Hey!

     

    So i found this video showcasing the dungeon of chaos Grave of Thatanos. And besides just the dungeon itself, i was wondering if anyone knows what some of the other things are in this video.

    I am mostly talking about the moves, the special sword effects and the blood!
