I figured it out...finally. I put far harbor second in load order and disabled Fallout Sakhalin Mod and Far Harbor Custom Settlements Pack Mod and this fixed it. So I enabled both mods and I fell through the map again. I'm not sure if one of these mods conflict with another. I haven't tried enabling either one by itself yet. But with these disabled it works fine.

I use loot to load the order. PC is an i7 3.2ghz 12 gig ram gtx 1050

Hi, I’m having problems with Fallout 4 Far Harbor map. After leaving the town with (I think his name is Longfellow) and after the encounter with the first bad guys, the map all of the sudden is transparent and my guide falls through the map. I’m not sure is this is a problem from a mod or not. By the way these mods everyone does are great! If anyone can help or point me in the right direction that would be great. I’m on the PC through Steam and have checked the files for validation, I have restarted Far Harbor, I have vortex and loot and use them. Thanks in advance for any help. RJ
