[Unlimited Enchantments Mod Request]

Could any mod author that has the time , make an unlimited enchantments mod please.

[Walking stop start problem]

When in game , my character starts walking normal but after a few seconds it starts to act like i'm over encumbered and does it on and off and its annoying trying to get anywhere because it takes twice as long

Anyone have an idea of how i can fix this
