Are you by any chance a Vampire? I've had this happen to HDT hair whenever i change stages of feeding, idk if its actually related but thats when the screen makes a tiny stutter and the hair remains fixated in the air and goes all over the place

I thought i'd give Vortex a try today since nexus mod manager has a billion problems right now, brand new installation of Skyrim LE, dropped SKSE into the main skyrim folder, installed SkyUI via the Vortex manager, error popped up that SkyUI didnt detect any SKSE scripts, ok... i then tried installing SKSE via Vortex, ran the SkyUI installation again, same error popped up. Now i know this is an alpha version of the program, but having trouble with basic mods like skyui isnt what i imagined this would be like, am i missing something?

Can anyone make a Brunhilde NPC from Curse of the Ring movie? There is already one on the Nexus but it isnt so good... Can anyone do that for me(and for the others) I bet ppl would love another Nordic Valkyrie Lady :D
