I haven't extracted anything from the BSA, only installed mods. Is it possible that a mod may have done something when installed from the nexus mod manager? Also noticed I do have a Data/Meshes/Characters/Hair folder, is that what you mean for the hair meshes? EDIT: Just tried removing that, that wasn't the problem -.-

I'm getting a weird graphical glitch where some headgear is either going inside a person's head or changing their hair style, and with some character's hair going inside their head. I tried loading my game with no mods enabled and the same thing happens, so I'm pretty sure it's not any mods messing the game up.
