  1. thanks lol, i should have mentioned i had 500 mods, but i was uh....scared? I saw the pix, thanks. oh, that's good to know, but i think the current version is just fine. nope, i don't have a fast internet and my esps, esms, meshes, and textures are a-okay cool, and i have some rare stuff y'know? I learnt how to merge plugins w/o any tutos, i use the xedit script...... it's a harmless error lol. btw- is it like possible using wrye to do a MASS rename of ALL the UNUSED esps and esms or w/e, it'd be a heck lot faster than manually moving things around? I know of the ghost feature, but I'm not sure what it does EXACTLY, can u help me there???? pls? ps- should i use dynavision 3 with ttw, what about performance and is it true that dynavision causes disappearing npcs? Also, is nmcs texture pack worth it? BYE!

ALL I HAD TO DO was DELETE some mods, i now have ~480 total mods, i used to have ~520 total mods! HECK YEAH! I did it! WE DID IT! Remember, kids, NEVER get addicted to mods unless u wanna end up like me- going mad because u were too GREEEEEEEDY for moar moar moar mods. Now, it's time for me to GET even more mods!!!!! AAAND, my "ultimate" mod merges are not working hahahahahahahhahahhahahhahahhahhaaaahhhhaaaaa! lol. anyways, thanks a megaton for helping me, Dubious! Phew..... here, have some fresh nuka cola.

It looks like the report is seeing a double "\" after the "Plugins" subfolder name (i.e. "Plugins\\jip_nvse..."). Might be an artifact of the logger; might be a bad path. And that's it for me until I get some sleep." uh, so, how do i uh fix it? yep, I've troubled u enough lol.

Yes, I download stuff to a separate location and just copy paste or w/e. I'll move all the extras out. WHAT, wrye flash bash? NO WAY! That's for making bashed patches, I wasn't aware it was a mod manager, i use wrye flash nv standalone v 17.5, is that okay? ah, yes, it's definitely my greediness for MODS MODS MODS that has caused my troubles.   5. i use uio, my hud ui mods are CellHud (modified version for personal use), REV ui, classic fallout fonts, the usual pn mcm stuff, colored map icons, and some others like clean terminal screen, and matching colors for terminal screen. weird about the jip thing, lemme look into it some moar. my steam id is http://steamcommunity.com/id/blitz67 edit- nope, my jip is fine and upto date, i uh installed an older version thru fomm a few months ago and w/e and i just copy pasted the NEW jip files into the plugins nvse folder and said yes when prompted to replace them. that's okay to do, right? here's an updated fnv4gb log file- http://pastebin.com/QTM9B6HZ
  6. uh, i'm checking for updates now thru my pc settings menu. updates were never installed cuz i set it that way and the last check for updates was on 6-8-2016 and last successful update install was on 4-21-16 uh, but if i move my game, what'll happen to my ini files, and other stuff like that????? haha, I'm a total LOOT ADDICT, i've been using it 99% of the time and only 1% manually sorting. Here's my current lo (http://pastebin.com/uhmMVZE5). ah, okay, so should i try maybe NMM? but i heard that fomm and ttw work perfectly and other non-fomm managers don't seem to work with ttw........ edit- maybe you can help me faster? what's ur steam? It'll be better that way, yes? It's kinda annoying constantly smashing the refresh key waiting for u to reply lol.

Here's my FNV4GB.log file from the mygames/documents/falloutnv folder- http://pastebin.com/Z4RGzdKF Also, I uh "forgot" to say that i have ~500 mods installed and only some 115 active (lol, don't ask why, and yes, I merged most of them in). and, I disabled DEP for all the falloutnv executables, not sure if that helps. could it be a problem with say, nvse plugins like uh nvac or jip or w/e? I don't think so, but I'm just assuming. If u need any more log files, just tell me and I'll uh paste them up for ya'll. thanks so much for helping and bye!
  8. sorry, I thought the forum population was quite uh...large. my mistake. I don't update my OS, I've been using the default 8.1 ever since i got my machine (maaaaybe?). OFC I use fomm fork, the default one doesn't even work. I even LOADED only the main nv esm, nothing. Tried all the BASE ttw files and the ttw converted fallout 3 esms, still nothing. Oh, btw, when i press new game, NOTHING happens at all, idk why, it's a weird issue...... I installed steam in x86 location (i use win 8.1 64 bit), games are in steamapps, ttw installed fine, etc etc. I'll check the article, also, pls tell me if i should give u any LOG files, i think the fnv4gb log in the documents/my games folder might be helpful? Thanks for the help and I apologize if I was spamming too much, but I really really wanna roam the wild wastelands again ;-) ps- I tried mod organizer, all that does is screw up my load order, and FOMM has been working fine for me, heck, I used to play with 140+ mods at one time.

  10. ^as the title says. this is a continuation of my previous topic called "My Tale of 2 Wastelands went off the deep end", I finally sort of managed to find the issue, it's NOT my lo, system spces, etc. It's the damn game or w/e is really causing the problem. Details of the problem- i tick all the mods i need using FOMM, only some 115 mods are active........since i use ttw, I also have the fallout 3 esms and w/e. So, I load up my game, press continue (i stopped in the DC megaton house), AND, i get this sort of empty looking place with like NOTHING, heres a pic (http://imgur.com/a/rLk7j) as you can see, it's totally messed up and what's WORSE is it starts throwing out messages about the nv dlcs being LOADED in (which should NOT be happening cuz i use the ttw delay dlc mod), but the damn game or w/e isn't RECOGNIZING the damn mods i have loaded in! I load up ANOTHER clean ttw starter save(after 101), and i land up in GOODSPRINGS, and the dlc messages pop up. WTH. I tried deleting the txt files in the app data/local/fallout nv folder and i ONLY activated the main fallout nv esm file, loaded up my game, and guess what the *bleep* happened now, i load up some random save of mine, blah blah blah, i get thrown in Goodsprings and THE DLC loaded messages start popping up EVEN THOUGH i DEACTIVATED these dlc esms using fomm and the default launcher! I hope i was specific, ignore the spelling errors or w/e, i'm too tired with trying to fix this stupid thing, I really hope someone can help me out here, and no, nuking all my current files is NOT an option. PLEASE help me out here, Fallout is my favorite of all time and i'm soooo angry that i can't play it even tho I'm doing EVERYTHING right. again, it's not a prob with my mods, it's a problem with the way the GAME is loading in those mods or w/e whether or not i have them activated or deactivated thru my mod manger!   11. not even mcm is showing up EVEN tho its activated in my fomm and yes i even deleted my plugins txt file in the app data folder, still, not a damn thing! I TRIED Everything, archive invalidation, loot, etc.....
  12. ISSUE HAS BEEN COMPLETELY fixed, read last posts for more details. okay, guys, i have a bit of a problem with my ttw install. After taking a long break away from ttw, i finally decide to get back, so i merge my mods, build a bashed patch, make a new gfx preset, blah blah blah. Anyway, after doing ALL of that (especially the ever complicated mod merging), I fire up my game, load it up (i stopped in the DC megaton house), AND, i get this sort of empty looking place with like NOTHING, heres a pic (http://imgur.com/a/rLk7j) as you can see, it's totally messed up, YES i installed every damn thing perfectly, my mod merges always work (usually lol), and the WEIRD thing is even when i load up a clean ttw starting save (after vault 101), i get that missing content error (which SHOULD NOT be showing), and i immediately land in GOODSPRINGS and not DC. i don't think my LO is gonna be helpful in this situation since the damn game REFUSES to recognize my currently activated list of mods, but they all look fine in FOMM, i have the LATEST lutana, nvac, jip, all that stuff. PLEASE, I beg of you, PLEASE help me out here, I REALLY wanna get back into ttw, I'll provide any files or w/e u need if u can't understand what i said. thanks for reading and i hope u can help me. BYE! ps- nuking all my current files is NOT an option for me.

Hey everyone, as the title says^, I'm trying to get my custom reshade framework preset mod to work with Fallout TTW, but I keep getting 2 errors (related to the preset and not the game), I uploaded the file HERE, can someone PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE download it, test it, and fix it for me. Well, what I really wanted to do was try to bring the style of enbs to sweetfx/reshade because enbs mess up the performance, transparency bugs, alt-tab issues, etc (from what I heard/experienced). The effects i used from the framework are- Sweetfx.cfg Customfx.cfg I used some code from both the RWLE sweetfx preset and the preset for the old world sweetfx from the old world enb mod page. The color palette texture thing is ALSO from the old world enb (the vanilla version), as I said, I REALLY WANTED to replicate the enb fx using something like reshade framework. The reshade framework is directly from the reshade website, I used the LATEST version which was something like 2.0.3 or w/e. edit- i also included the log file maybe u can take a look at it? so, can SOMEONE please help me, if all goes well, I might do more presets like these and MAYBE (if i get permission) release them on the Fallout Nexus! thank you so much for reading, I do hope you can help me!   16. I didn't realize you made the weather one. I haven't tried the versions aside from the earlier ones so idk. Anyway yeah I'll add you to Steam. I usually play offline but I check my messages every now and again. For the camo stuff I can just give you a quick rundown of it, along with my notes. The gist is each string of numbers between curly braces sets what surfaces and objects contribute to your camo index when wearing a uniform. 0 means the obvious and 50 is the bonus amount you get to your camo index. The default values are set in a way that the KJP devs treat bonuses like booleans for some reason. I guess because of the lack of an index display on the HUD. You seem to only get one type of bonus at once, and it seems to be based on what type of surface it is. Decals > surface texture > 3d model as far a priority goes. At least, that seems to be the case for rocks in Africa (soil on top of rocks prevents the rocky surface bonus), rivers with desert fox-type soil, and puddles on roads. Additionally the bonus appears to only apply when crouched, or at least that's the only time it makes a difference. Daytime crouch visibility: 70m wrong camo and 45m right camo. Nighttime crouch visibility: 35m wrong camo and 15m right camo. You might be able to further reduce guard vision with the bonus by increasing values above 50. But I haven't tried that so I wouldn't know what the limit is, aside from the amount stated within enemyparam or whatever the lua file with guard vision is named. The parameters in the outfit camouflage file are basically broad categories that certain surfaces fall under. So if a neon green surface falls under parameter Sand A it probably wouldn't be possible to move it under a more appropriate parameter. Africa surfaces Afghanistan surfaces White text indicates a general outfit setting a surface would give a bonus to and black text indicates the name of the parameter it belongs to. Those are still incomplete because I burned out on testing the camo stuff a few months ago. Notes for what parameters are named and named outfits in the camouflage lua file whoa dayum! thanks for sharing the secrets lol, now i got another damn question lol, I wanna make my weather mods more dynamic and smooth and maybe change the starting weather, but most of the tpweather lua file looks like greek to me, lol, any kind of advice u can offer there and i also wanna change the color correction during fog and w/e, i know its possible thru the weather lua file, but i dont know what im even looking at sometime, maybe u can PLEASE offer ur help there, I really wanna improve my mod and keep it alive.... thanks a lot and goodbye!
  17. Well it works on soldiers (most of the time) but they decided not to let it fulton anything else. Pretty disappointing that you can't fulton a tank from 400m but whatever. I feel ya on the PvE thing though. I love the Tornado. It kinda makes me feel like I'm in a Western when playing Backup, Back down. Just hopping on my horse with my double-barrel, revolver and a whole lot of TNT. yep, i was expecting to fulton the apcs lol. I killed 10 more skulls with the GRADE 7 tornado ;-) sadly, I left the horse back at home (stomach problems)...... oh, btw, I'm working on ANOTHER mod, and i could REALLY use your help, can u pls add me on steam, it has to do with the camo indexes, i dont understand the camouf_param file at all, can u pls "enlighten" me with some of that lua knowledge pls, I really wanna make the camos of mgs5 feel like mgs3 not like a costume party simulator...... thanks and bye! ps- thanks a ton for endorsing my mod(s), and which version is your fave?
  18. lol well I guess it saves you some work having to go through the file yourself to change the values. That fulton launcher is terribad, and the deployment costs are just kinda adding insult to injury though. I guess they're trying to keep it balanced for PvP or something. lol, i learnt about the damn fulton missile launcher the hard way. It's horri-terri-bad, i was expecting something with more BOOM, but all i got was smoke and stuff. I use your no deploy costs mod ;-p PVP my arse, mgs has always been primarily Singleplayer PVE stealth action.......... but the grade 6 tornado is baus, i killed 4 skulls with it ;-D

  21. it's probably in the save files, but with the lack of resources and tools out there, don't expect anything anytime soon. But, I'm constantly looking into it.....
