No, I mean i will put the asterisk in, then i will go to enable the plugins in NMM and the asterisk will vanish

And as a slight update I began to add the asterisk (*) to the start of mods in the Plugins text but when i then go to tick off the plugins in NMM the asterisk vanishes from the file

I downloaded a number of mods (all through NMM) and only ones that retexture ingame items are working, all other mods (ranging from OCDecorator to Weapon additions) are not working or even appearing ingame. A number of the mods that are not working now have worked in the past however. I have exhausted all fixes I could find online (such as running NNM as admin, working around the launcher etc), so i would greatly appreciate it if anyone with a little more knowledge could lend a helping hand, thanks. (And all the .ini files have already been set up to work with mods)
