"Whoa! Why are you leaning all of a sudden?" --Cass
"Probably would have died of natural causes anyway." -- Veronica, after killing something (or someone)
"I was young and I needed the money." --Veronica
"I got better."-- The Courier
"Does jumping around with my fists count as ranged? (sighs) Fine." -- Veronica
"Just don't treat me as a pack brahmin, will you?" -- Arcade
"Sure thing, boss. I'll just take my tools out from a rock and get working." -- Raul (not exactly the sentence but I'll check it up again)

Hi guys.
I've been playing FNV for around 2 months now and I have to admit that this game is really open for tons of possibilities (I haven't played FO:3 but I do played Fallout 2).
Anyway, I've been searching this site for tips on how to become a somewhat a revolutionist that does not support the NCR and the Legion, but there are no matches.
I know it's somewhat non-canonical, but hey, it's Fallout. It's you who get to decide the fate of the Wasteland.
For the SPECIAL, substantial increase in Perception and Intelligence (for sabotaging the NCR and Legion) can prove worthwhile. The rest can be distributed as per your preference. Tag skills must be Guns, Explosives, and Lockpick.
For the mods, these two are a must-have: AK and Molotov.
Companions? Hardly. You're branded as a terrorist by the NCR, so why should you have one? But if you must, take Veronica. Cass may tend to frown you if your karma is too low. Arcade Gannon can be brought along. As for the others, you can help them with their own issues. How about Boone? He's an NCR at heart. And you're a terrorist.
Rile up the Freeside section and wage war against the occupying NCR. California is California and Nevada is Nevada (Speak up fellow Nevadans! Rise against the oppressive NCR and Legion! )
The rest is self-explanatory. You can shoot NCR and Legion camps at your heart desires.
The only spoiler? Yes Man missions.
Just my two cents.

Hello all.
I'm new (totally new) to Fallout series. I've downloaded a couple of weapon mods from Nexus but it seems that whenever I place the files in the Data folder, the mods did not run. I guess I may have placed it in the wrong areas. I've been trying to search on how-to's, but I need the easy way around (please consider me as a noob on this one).
I guess there's a similar topic for this but I could not find the links. Help is greatly appreciated to direct me there.
P.S. It would be great if someone can tell me: "Paste the .esp file in C://ProgramFiles/BethesdaSoftworks/FalloutNewVegas/Data and paste the others in C://ProgramFiles...". It would mean a lot.
Regards,

>>Is this the same Zonda Top Gear (UK) stated that you need 6B USD for the racetrack since one cannot own it legally in the street?
@ topic:
Far Cry 2...and TES IV: Oblivion.

I do not really expect that all the troubles in the Middle East will subside after Osama's demise.
We still have to deal with the BIGGER PICTURE.

Why all the filth?

I have no problem seeing filth in Fallout. I don't really think they'd use water to pour onto their heads instead of pouring it down their parched throats. But bathing is indeed a welcoming sight, just for a little game immersion.
How 'bout adding stats to Charisma for, let's say, 6 game hours, after having a bath so you can do the dance with the Gomorrah girls? Or sleeping with Sarah? Or with Benny? Just asking.
