removing the Blacksmithforge water fix fixed Windhelm CTD's for me, might be of help to someone... -
hi there - i have bean scratching my head for ages with this and disabling the Blacksmithforge water fix mod fixed it for me, caused a conflict with WATER maybe... (seems ok so far anyhoo, can now run between the stables and main gate and round by the farms nearby without issue - was impossible before) - hope that helps!
