I'm from Argentina as well. Yesterday I downloaded like 7GB worth of mods for Skyrim and now I can't even download a 900KB file. For now the only way I can download a mod is with this...

Yesterday was working fine for me and now I can't donwload anything, I have Google DNS and i'm from Argentina.
