Wow... No comment i was modifying the wrong ini file. I diont think ill have any more issues, but if i do ill come back . Thanks for pointing out my stupidity.

If it helps my load order is Fallout3.esm Anchorage.esm ThePitt.esm BS.esm P L.esm Zeta.esm Craft.esm CALIBR.esm FO3 WANDERES EDITION MAIN FILE.esp FO3 WANDERES EDITION- ALTERNATE travel.esp The 5 fallout wanderes edition dlc esps FO3 Wanderes edition- main file.esp Optional REstore tracers FOW edition Dont know if that will help at all

Nope no change, just like everything else. From everything that happens it seems like its a textbook case of the quad core freeze, but none of those fixes seem to work.

just installed that, well see if it helps. if it makes any differnce so far the number of mods i have installed does not change the frequency of crashes.

I have the issue where fallout freezes fairly often especially inside. Ive tried modifying the ini, and i tried changing the affinity in task manager, and neither have seemed to have much effect (might have helped a bit). Ive tried some other things but nothing seems to work, and i figured you guys would know best how to fix this. Whoever can help me out will definitely receive a cookie. Thanks in advance.
