in tpp you can see so much unfinished material, you can see the gates that worked in the ground zero game and in tpp only open gates - no cards no controlls like as in mgs1. or that africa map - I think hideo wanted to add some natural disasters in addition. this is recognizable before you have to go through the cave to burning man. there is the river. this one is put dry all at once. acts as a cross where only the helicopter can fly long. or it is even more extreme at OKZ. I think it was also planned a sneak-path away power plant up to okz. so inside mountain this chapter III is defently not the only content that not be finished or that mgo map where this river barrage is - a part from the afghani map but not really in the main game map......?? konami is a real fiddle disaster club. they terminated hideos metal gear....... and in fact konami is to stupid to finished it.
