I want to start making more comprehensive mods for 76 can someone please point me in the direction of a guide on how to mod 76 with the creation engine? I know its all hacked together right now but I don't care yes I know the risks and all that stoofs, If anyone knows please help me get started! I just need links, and google refuses to yield its secrets! Like.. cant even get the thing to see 76, just throws an error >.<

I am by no means suggesting purchasing a VPN if you want to go fast sanic, but if you already happen to have one that can connect to SWEDEN it might be worth giving it a try on a whim I directed my VPN tool to connect me to SWEDEN and I went from my pultry 16 kb a second to over 22 megs a second consistently I can confirm at least this works for AVIRA Phantom VPN Pro Also it did not matter what server I chose to download from on nexus it was pretty much cruising at 22 megs a second on all of them If I turn off the VPN I go back to 16 kb a second, in Florida btw and if I try other US locations I get at most 2 megs a second

please disregard my angry title I was in a bad mood and lots of pain Here are my net specs I have two different Lines from two different ISPS The brighthouse one ( which is a backup ) which is 400 / 400 My primary line which is Verizon Fios 500 / 500 USA The results are mostly identical between the two Brighthouse and Fios are both Fiber with no cable repeaters leading to the source line in my area Pinging cds.n2x4r7s4.hwcdn.net [205.185.208.141] with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 205.185.208.141: bytes=32 time=64ms TTL=53 Reply from 205.185.208.141: bytes=32 time=52ms TTL=53 Reply from 205.185.208.141: bytes=32 time=49ms TTL=53 Reply from 205.185.208.141: bytes=32 time=35ms TTL=53 Ping statistics for 205.185.208.141: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 35ms, Maximum = 64ms, Average = 50ms In both cases Switching my VPN on produced 16 - 2000 + kb a second for all US destinations and typically end up with corrupted files upon completion, ( im in florida ) and when I select a EU destination ( in this case SWEDEN ) I get a sustained 20 + Megabytes per second rate throughout with no corruption upon completion It also did not seem to matter what server I was connected to.

The website's content servers for delivering downloads seem to have just died and a bunch of other websites including microsoft and isitdown just went offline too?
