Hey, I'm wondering if im doing something wrong. I installed the console enabler that is linked below the Long war Files. But it doesn't do anything. Is this a new patch that has messed with it or something?

I'm scrubbing through it now but I'm interested in finding the naming convention for character specific rules(like their actor limitations such as Dogmeat and weapons).
