Someone please help

I can't find a way to fix this problem, I reinstall the game, but it still looks like this. I don't have this problem before, and I want to get back to playing this game, please help me.

The game didn't look like this before, but one day I opened the game it got WAY brighter. Now I can only play in night time, or else I can't see anything. I didn't change any setting in game or in the launcher, can someone help me out?

After i disable those mod, I can load my save. But if i enable them, it'll crash after finish loading

After I updated my fallout 4 and F4SE, I got an error window saying : HUD Extension Version Error: expected game version 1.8.7.0 your game version is 1.9.4.0 some features may not work correctly I did install Hud Framework, Hole Time, Looks menu and Companion Status Hud, but i updated all of them I don't know what's causing the problem, can someone help me out?
