  1. There is this cool effect in Ro84's RND mod where when you eat a wheel of cheese it would only eat an 8th of it and give you 7 cheese wedges, 6 cheese wedges in the case of sliced wheels as well as giving you half a thing of bread when you eat a whole one. I tried looking at the mod in xEdit and found them in magic effects but I'm a complete novice with xEdit and can really only make simple patches. Anyone give me some pointers to get started trying to make this work for CC's SM or could make it themselves?
  2. I did a little modding moving perks around in a way that I thought was more sensible to me. The problem I'm having is that the vault boy cartoon for some of the perk I moved. (EX. Strong Back to Rank 7 and Steady Aim to Rank 6.) are not sitting in the perk chart quite right, I used FO4Edit to make the changes and I only really change the Strength value for each of those perks. Any help or advice is great. :)
  3. I've been having a problem with textures appearing missing or black (It seems only armor, weapons, and clothes) after playing for roughly over an hour. These textures go missing randomly and range from textures from mods and vanilla. Also things like shadows and fire act up sometimes too. Restarting Skyrim fixes this but I'm hoping to find a permanent solution. I used BOSS for the load order and I've tired optimizing my textures. Any advice is appreciated.   5. I have Windows 7 and I tried re-installing my Textures and Meshes but I think it's deeper than that but I lack all but the very basic skills for modding the game.

I finally had was able to install FNV on a new PC but for whatever reason, some meshes would be missing then reappear when I enter and exit cells, but that would only cause problems in places that were fine before. Sometimes, NPCs won't respond to me. (Chet) Flora would look blocky and ugly. Textures would go crazy. I modded my game on an older PC and I had over 200+ mods. I remembered had to install mods correctly and such but I might of done something wrong. Hello again, I really don't want to say anything that might be wrong with the mod because I'm very grateful but I noticed that some bodies of water that are not normally irradiated give radiation and the geiger counter doesn't say how many Rads your gaining per second. Perhaps this is just how it has to be but just wondering. Edit: Actually it's working fine in Vanilla, it's only acting strange in AWOP areas which is to be expected because this mod only affects Vanilla I assume.
  9. I have my game so modded the way I want it that I don't want to throw in such a big mod like Project Nevada. I'm just looking for something to increase radiation gain at double the rate that vanilla is.
  10. As good as more radius sounds to me, I think I'd like just for it to be double the amount in the already irradiated areas. If you want to make it a little bit more potent, that's great but don't go crazy. I like a challenge, not impossible frustrations.
  11. Ain't that the truth. Still, I like a challenge and the Rads in the game could use a bit more "umph" but my modding capabilities are fairly new so I'd rather a veteran modder help or rather make a mod that doubles Rads.
  12. If anyone can make me a mod that makes it so you gain double the amount of radiation in irradiated areas that would be great and I'd be very grateful.
  13. This was the first thing I tried and it didn't work. I also tried adding my own containers and I messed up putting them into the game so I tried to add it to an existing container and it still won't show up.
  14. Thank You so much for helping me but I have a problem. I followed your instructions exactly but I can't seem to get my hat in-game. I've tried console commands but it basically says the item doesn't exist. The plug-in is turned on and I'm using the correct console command and I'm using the IDbase number that it says in the GECK. Any thoughts on what I might of messed up? Oh, I have a texture for the hat already but it's for the original Pre-War Baseball Cap. Can I use the same dds file and how would I go about doing that or must I do something to it first? Again your help is appreciated. Edit:I got the texture working in GECK but I still can't figure out how to get it in game
  15. Hello, I'm very new to doing my own mods but I want to do a small project where I can add a black backwards baseball cap into the game. How can I go about doing that and what advice can anyone give me.
