Hello, someone would not be able to use that author's work and update it any, without the author's permission. Plus, that author is working on updates for that mod, it just takes time. He is a very busy person and has other things going on. Just give it time, a new update should be uploaded soon.

There are some Boba Fett helmet models on the nexus for Fallout 4 available that someone could modify (if they got permission from the author) to make the helmet.

I can hand you the textures in.dds format. But if I could get the gun into .nif format correctly, then I wouldn't need someone else to do it. I can not for the life of me get it into .nif correctly.
