Just created an account to add my voice to this. Running Windows 7 64-vbit - attemptiing to click 'play' on splash screen launcher results in: - Pop-up dialogue asking to permission for 'Skyrim to make changes to your computer'. - Clicking 'OK' - the splash launcher restarts This continues indefinately! Very disappointed, hoping for a fix!
