Also, I deleted fallout.ini and my Fallout folder from My Documents \ Games, and I disabled ALL plugins... When I create a new character, the "terminals" (the one where your face is and the one where you select options) are completely blank- empty, white. As I randomly click around in the option terminal hoping to strike a button, I see a slight change in the "mirror" terminal, as if the reflection changed a bit. The whole screen is white, though. I don't understand what's going on; it was working perfectly before the mod; and I deleted all of the files related to the mod!

At least I got a reply- you were the first person in about 10 hours to reply. Yes, you made a good suggestion, but I went through everything in the ReadMe a bunch of times, still not working D:

I tried installing a PipBoy Readius mod, which didn't work- it simply gave me a blank, white screen (no textures on the screen, reflections, etc- just a blank white screen). Then I uninstalled it, and now, whenever I try to bring up my PipBoy, I am greeted by... nothing. All I see is that my crosshairs turn into a mouse cursor for a fraction of a second, then go back to normal. Nothing else. No animation, etc. Tried adding and enabling both the PipBoy 3000 and 3 Billion using console, that didn't work either. I'm confused. I posted in the "Mod Troubleshooting" page, but since I'm not using the PipBoy mod now (and since no one knows what to do there) I guessed I would also post here.

*sigh* no help at all? D: Also, I uninstalled the mod, installed PipBoy 2500 mod, and properly uninstalled that using the method described (first uninstall through PipBoy 2500 and then through manager- this was hard because I had to randomly click around for about 20 minutes on the blank white screen hoping I would hit the uninstall button). Now, whenever I try to bring up the PipBoy manually, my mouse just flickers. No animation, nothing. I just see my cursor appear for a fraction of a second then go back to the normal crosshairs. What do? I can't play this game without a PipBoy!

Also- this just in- I tried creating a new game. Same thing happens on character creation screen. Completely white, blank light in the "screen" part of the character creator.

So I installed the "Readius" Pipboy mod for Fallout. I follow the instructions and launch the latest NVSE through FOMM. When I press tab, I can see the Readius Pipboy, but it has a blank, white, glowing screen. I tried to uninstall it, but I could not bring up even my hand by pressing Tab after that. Out of desperation, I installed the PipBoy 5000 mod. Same problem. I can't use the game anymore because no matter what I do, my PipBoy is broke. Same problem with PipBoy 2500. What do? I just want to get back to playing D:
