    I look through all the TTW (Tale of Two Wastelands) Conversions and I don't see one that gives you both the Megaton House and the ability to buy the Tenpenny Tower house. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/922/?

    It has to be a vault for sure and positively it must have a bedroom, a kitchen, safe storage, and the benches. The most important thing it must have is a Medical facility. The size is that it must be small, like a few of the vault mods out there.

    I searched New Vegas Nexus and I cannot find a single house mod for the final major DLC for New Vegas. I could see a Bunker or even a Vault being in either the first huge area in the beginning, Courier Mile, or near dead end at the fork in the road in the second area.

    The College, Companions, Thieves Guild, and Dark Brotherhood could use respawning companions for realism, but only if you became the head of that organization..

    It should be Racist Animals instead, a throwback to the Chapelle Show.

    I'm one of these love to live the live in luxury, but the problem in Solstheim is that it lacks a castle to call a home. It should be big and have all the comforts around Skyrim (Forge, whetstone, crafting table, tanner, Smelter, Alchemy Lab, and Enchanting Table. NPCs would be great to give the place life and the best locations would either be on Morrowind or Northern Solstheim, basically past the invisible barrier.

    There used to be a Mod that fixed this. The Heartstone is a seperate article of clothing.

    Yeah, the missions might clash. The better option is adding an NPC offering up the Opposing Side's Stronghold and upgrades. (EX. If you choose the Vampires, a Vampire appears in Riften to sell you Fort Dawnguard. If you sided with the Dawnguard, a Blind Moth Priest would offer up the Vampire's Castle and upgrades that goes towards recontructing White Gold Tower.)

    There was an arena at one point, but that was in the original Skyrim game. It was suppose to be in Windhelm, but still exist in the data.

    Someone might but that will probably be lower and be overshadowed by Greener Solstheim.
