I was just thinking how annoying it is to clear out my elite squad, clear out all their gear, then add 6 more guys, regear ect. Is it possible for someone to make a mod that will allow me to "save" squad builds, so 1 push of a button will clear out the roster, add my 6 elite guys and regear them? I don't even really care about the re gearing part, but just to be able to have 3 different teams would be awesome. Elite team, rookie team ect. Thanks!

Hey all, so when Skyrim released i started running all the performance mods and what not to get skyrim running smoother, anyway i have a pretty built up machine and since the patch when i usually go into a cave or a new instance, never outside, i get lag, the entire time im inside its just like the fps drops way down. i've been running ultra settings with 50-60 fps anywhere. Is the related to the patch and not being able to run the 8 gigs of ram i have and did it go back down to 2? Thanks

Thanks, definitely helpful in a lot of ways. As far as modding in general i think i would really enjoy it as a hobby. For example, since Skyrim came out every couple hours or so i alt tab out and scan the latest files to see whats new and it drives me nuts because nothing good is out yet because the kit hasn't been released yet. But throughout my whole play time i''m constantly thinking about mods and what i would like to change or add, but with me its like preaching to the quire. It may actually be a good thing that modding isn't directly affected with programming and development, if i did go that route, or maybe cyber forensics, i could always go home to mod to change it up a bit. Now we just need Bethesda to release the creation kit so i can get to it. I thought about getting the Oblivion kit, but its old and as far as learning goes, i wanted to be with the latest. So i'm curious, learning and getting proficient at modding bethesda games (Tes, Fallout) using thier creation kit and the geck; can those skills be used anywhere else? i havnt dove into it yet, but just curious because i know you can get pretty technical with mods which is a lot of work, but like i said, could the skill be used anywhere else? Modding other games, anything desirable for actually working for a game company? Just would like to know, i might actually be going on short term disability and hopfully being retrained and going to school for computers would be my first choice, but if learning to mod would help in anyway then i'll definatly go full on with learning it. Lol, so what all can be done in the console thats not considered cheating? Graphical commands? Thought those were done in the ini files.

So TES and Fallout series are pretty much my all time favorites, but pretty much my only and biggest problem with the games is being able to use the console. I cannot keep myself from quickly hitting ~ and typing player.resethealth right before i die. Damn thats a nice piece of armor, player.additem 0000000f 5000. It kills the fun of the game, but still i cannot keep myself from doing it. Is there a way to disable the console or will i run into problems with mods? Thanks for any info? Grizzly

Is it just me or is the nexus website just overly flooded with folks waiting for more skyrim mods? Can't count how many times i've had to refresh the screen to get it to pop up.

Steam pretty much cannot be contacted at the moment because of the hack attack they had. I wonder if all these issues are coming from the huge explosion of people that logged on tonight to download and start skyrim. i mean the application is internet based and if its lagging up and what not i wonder if that's what is causing the problems. i never have steam issues until now.

Lucky for you, i can't even run steam.. i started the skyrim download, and normally i download at 3.5mb/sec, skyrim was hitting maybe 85 kb/sec, so i restarted steam to only find errors and install errors.. ive tried everything, uninstalled, reinstalled, still get the same error.. either steam won't run, please reinstall or steam.exe, error, delete of steam.exe failed, win32 error 5, access is denied. really pissing me off. thanks steam
