It clears error active effects. Say you add a mod with an armour with an active effect remove the mod with the armour on and the active effect stays. The only way to clear it (apart from going back a save) is to use the resurect command. This also bugs the bow Going through the CK can't seem to find any effect that might have been applied to the player that could have been removed. Also sometimes the bow bugs by itself, theres a few posts on the net about it. I figure the bug is related to the same thing, and was trying to figure out why.

Did you read my post at all? Try this, go into console, select you character, and enter resurrect. Now the bow no longer works! Why?

Auriel's bow bug Auriel's bow has stop blotting out the sun for me. I can make this happen on a older save using "resurrect" on my character which clears all "active powers" so I believe that one of the bow quests must apply an invisible active effect. Can anyone figure out what this effect is? Thanks a lot!

Thanks for the reply, but there must be a way to force this quest... anyone? I had alook in the toolset but I don't understand how radiant quests generate, so am unable to force the quest to the top. :/ Any more ideas anyone?

please help! Been looking in creation kit and can't see what the problem is, my relationshipmarriage is at 100... I've reloaded loads of times, completed the other 3 quests for Vinalgmo, and still he just gives me the old quests that can not be compeleted in stead of the "The gift" quest. I'm at a loss how to make this work

Vingalmo just does not want to give me the quest to change my spouse into a vampire http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:The_Gift I have tried Setstage for the quest ID shown in the above link and it does not work. Any ideas how to force the quest? Thanks!

I thought it was a mod at first, but on removing all mods I find that alot of npcs in rivet city are either very tall or really small. Is this something beth did? or have I aquired a weird bug?

I got an idea, do like the guys in Bethesda, and get a JOB! In the grand scheme of things £8/$10 is nothing. I paid about that to see "The Knowing", and that was a big waste. DLC lasts about 4 hours or so, costs about as much as a film to see (give or take). If its too much money for you, get a job.

They are rated 18. :P And T3 came out 2-3 years ago. Making you 15-16. ;) Anyway, good luck finding modders. I'm off.

looks like you went a bit mad with the poly reduction. This is a high end game. The eyes and the forehead of the helmet have lost alot of definition, and look alot more crude now.
