Well,its a bsa and an esm so i really cant install them,only activate em with FOMM

The option for the fast-travel doesnt appear,thus i cant start the mission

So,i finished the hoover dam ,and got a mod that allows me to get freeplay.Then it worked all right for a couple of days,and then suddenly it wont lemme fast travel.It says fast travel is not available for this location,and i tried in like 3 locations.Its annoying as the h word.
