I have NO mod making experience, but in my current play though I've created a robot companion designed to look as nightmarish as possible, but I found the voice selection very lacking and none fit. I began thinking "what would the perfect voice for this sound like?" and my answer was "none". Id like a mod that replaces the dialog options with (. . .) and make it completely silent. No random dialog while walking the wasteland, nothing but (. . .) when going through its menus. Just silent. Am i the only one that wants silent robots?

you clicked a button in the corner of the book, then typed in what you wanted on your keyboard, then clicked another button when finished, and that was the end, you had created a entry, next time you clicked it to start, you could go back to edit it, or add more content to your hearts content

when i was playing oblivion, i wanted to make and keep scrolls and books in game, and i found http://tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15294 but iv looked everywhere for a mod like this in n.v., and found nothing, anyone able to help me? I want to be able to take a book (possibly the blank books from big Mountain) and write into it and keep it in the book is there any mods that can do this? or anyone out there that can make one?
