Hi Nexus community I've run into a visual glitch affecting my fire spells during my most recent playthrough see picture I've attempted reinstalling all fire mods / verified file integrity /reset all ini's / enb reinstall (it's even worse without enb) any ideas?

Hey Skyrim community, during my most recent playthrough my fire spells started glitching out, see picture, I tried a bunch of things to fix this but nothing worked out, I already attempted to uninstall all fire related mods, verified the games file integrity, reset all of the ini's, and even reinstalled enb, fyi the blocky effects are even worse when enb is turned off, any ideas how to fix this?
