  1. Yeah, I wonder what happened to it. Well the gun is a Battlefield 2142 weapon that looks like it came in Ahzteks weapon pack (since removed from Nexus) So if that mod at any time came with any armor packs bundled/ made by same author that might be a good place to start.
  2. If your not going to put any time or effort in, why would anyone else?
  3. I'm fairly certain you need to already have FO3 for this to work, other wise his point about needing all the DLC's would be moot, as if his .esm gave you all the data for everything you wouldn't need the DLC's yourself, but as he says you need the DLC I assume it to be reliant on you already having all the required data installed to your computer beforehand. If this is the case and it simply combines two products that you own then I can see no reason for it to be illegal. And I am 100% behind seeing this released both here and around the web incase the mods have a fit and remove it.
  4. Has there ever been a Ghost in the Shell mod? I found this buried in the requests and wondered if anything ever came of it? http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/266651-ghost-in-the-shell-mods-for-fallout-new-vegas-request/page__gopid__5932562#entry5932562 I added another post with some ideas and reference images if anyone would be interested in making something like this. Edit: Forgot the link, DERP.
  5. I'd like to bump this from the deepest darkest pit of forum hell as I would love to see an armour like the one pictured (Perhaps a replacement for the Stealth Armour?) and a more casual Kusanagi with the iconic leather jacket, like this http://aniwallpaper.com/wp-content/imags/ghost-in-the-shell-motoko-kusanagi-fullhd-1920x1080.jpg I've been looking for a Ghost in the Shell (GIS) mod for a while, but have been unable to locate one. Hopefully there's someone else out there with the technical skills to make it happen. Here's a few other reference images for the combat armour, http://onlyhdwallpapers.com/wallpaper/motoko_kusanagi_the_major_ghost_in_shell_desktop_1786x1911_wallpaper-191074.jpeg http://www.ncsx.com/2007/022607/Friday/motoko_kusanagi_w1.jpg http://www.reelcollectibles.co.nz/images/anime/ghost_in_the_shell/ghost_in_the_shell_SAC_2nd_GIG_motoko_kusanagi.jpg http://images.wikia.com/singularityrpg/images/8/8f/Motoko-Kusanagi1.gif http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_jafx_3dA8Ck/SSVC7loX3WI/AAAAAAAABGs/QyYUKYbKcJw/s1600-h/Motoko+Kusanagi+3.jpg http://static.zerochan.net/Ghost.In.The.Shell.full.121733.jpg As for hair/face I'm fairly confident I saw a hair model within either Lings or another pack that was very similar to The Majors, and there was a few anime-esque face mods out there that I'm sure would fit nicely. I know this is a *very* old thread but nonetheless I would love to see that armour make it into the game, even for those of you that aren't GIS:SAC fans, we can all agree it's a damn fine looking armour, and the above posters idea about the unlimited stealth boy in place of 'Section 9's' optical camoflage is inspired.
  6. I use FOMM and was under the impression I had correctly enabled by tweaked mod. I really appreciate the help, looks like I'll have to give FOMM and NV a good clean up and start over, I've been meaning to give the /data folder a good clean so I think I'll do a complete reinstall and re-mod. Once again, thanks.
  7. Since it's been removed from the nexus, I doubt a direct link would be permitted either. But maybe with a bit of googling and utorrent you might be able to get your hands on it.
  8. I don't have a link for it, so take it with a pinch of salt but I'm fairly confident I read in an article almost immediately preceding the release of Skyrim the Bethesda were working on that (Skyrim) and another big project, so whether that refers to 'Dishonoured' or *fingers crossed* Fallout 4 is anyone's guess.
  9. The easiest way to get a mod going is to get FOMM, now, once you have that you need to download the mod you want to use, I'd suggest reading the descriptions carefully and starting off with something that has no other requirements and as few files as possible. once you've downloaded the mod chances are that it will contain a '.esm' and/or a '.esp' file and possibly some folders called textures/meshes. Take afore mentioned files and folders and put them straight in your Data folder in your NV directory (C:\...program files(x86)\Bethesda softworks\fallout or something like that). If you've done it right you should then be able to open FOMM and see the esp/esm files you put into the data folder in the FOMM window, make sure that the esm comes before the esp and that FalloutNV is at the top. Click tools in the top of fomm, then click archive invalidation off then back on. ( or on-off-on if it starts off). Launch game. Hope that helped. Perhaps if you give some specifics on the mod your installing someone could give a more specific set of instructions.
  10. Please try looking through this list before asking. You are probably the tenth person to ask this. It was Ahztek's weapon mod and it has been taken down. For those of you looking for this mod, it can be found with a little googling. I won't link or say anymore as it is obviously no longer hosted here for a reason.
  11. I can use the weapon in its original form, and I meet all requirements. I can confirm it's not just the damage stat that I am unable to edit, but any of the stats, as I originally wanted to change the clip size to the correct (for Aliens) clip size of 99 and I had an idea to make it a high ROF, high penetration(ignore DT), low damage weapon. However no changes that I make in GECK appear to make it into the game, to my mind it seems that I am either editing the wrong .esp or failing to save to the correct .esp.
  12. Hi there, I regularly use mods from nexus and recently downloaded the M41A Pulse Rifle mod by DannyGA16, and let me say it's a great model, however I felt the damage was a touch on the weedy side (6 is the default damage value). A user in the comments mentioned he was able to quickly adjust the damage in GECK to something more appropriate for late game. I have downloaded GECK and attempted to do the same, thinking it to be a quick fix, however I have no idea what I am doing at all. (As will be highlighted below) This is what I have been doing. 1. Load up GECK. (in my FONV install directory) 2. File > Data > Left only FalloutNV.esm and M41A Pulse Rifle.esp checked, with M41A Pulse Rifle.esp set as active. 3. In my object window I open the 'Weapon' section, select M41A Pulse Rifle from the list and it comes up with 2 variants in the right hand window (for those of you familiar with the mod they are the rifle and the grenade launcher) 4. Right click the Pulse rifle, select Edit, then I simply changed the number in the 'Damage' field from 6 to 25. Clicked OK. 5. Clicked Save plugin. Now when I open FONV and spawn the item using player.additem it appears with the default stats still. But when I reopen it in GECK it it displays my altered stats. If someone would be able to give a quick rundown on where I've gone wrong it would be greatly appreciated. EDIT: Forgot to link the mod: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/46874
