In order to help you, you have to give us a detailed description of what you did already and HOW you did it. If you attempted a manual install of DR6, along with all prerequisite files, AGAINST the readme's recommendations, you might be totally boned. Not using the mod manager means it would be VERY hard to rectify what you might have fudged up.

Or at least alter it? I'm about to use it for the first time and didnt see anything about enemy leveling in the readme. Just thought I'd check.

ok. It seems odd that the Obliv. XP mod description says you have to use an uncapper. Does anyone else use an uncapper with this mod?

If so why? What will happen if you don't? Do I need Elys Uncapper?

I have the steam version as well, with all DLC and I got Deadly Reflex 6 up and running just fine. Did you use Oblivion Mod manager to install? Did you read the EXTENSIVE readme in the deadly reflex file description at the Nexus and follow it to the letter? It was a lot of work, but I was fortunate and got it going first try. Do you guys still need help? Also, Steam version can run pretty much all mods just fine.
