Hey guys, I thought I would pass this along. It is a thread I made over at the Bethesda forums, and so far it has a handful of ideas but I will update the OP regularly. I thought since this is the 'heart' of the modding community, I would pass it along. I apologize if I am not allowed to do this, but I just thought I would share other's ideas and requests as well :)
