I just started hanging out here and it seems there isn't alot of people who hang around. Which is unfortunate. It is a FPS after all and not an RPG which is why the game doesn't have much for mods.

I would also like to know how to do this. Im very much on the fence weather to use this mod or not based on the mini map. All the other stuff that was added to the game is pretty awesome.

Well im going to play around with the top endorsed mods which are ziggys, swarts, 30 days, Poor Basturd, and Far Cry 3 Rebalance. I watched a video on Immersive sound and I really like what it does. So that might be a reason to pick one over the other. I see its compatible with ziggys, need to find out if its compatible with other mods or is it one of them if i install that last thats what the game uses? I do like the mini map from 30days if i could get something like that i think i would be happy with everything. This gibbed tools for unpacking, merging, and repacking, is it hard to learn? Does one need to know how to make the mods in order to do this?

I want to give the game another go on master, but I would like to mod the game a bit. I was looking at the overhaul mods that are available. They all seem very nice but some of them change certain things that I like. Not sure if i'm better off adding a bunch of separate mods or just biting the bullet and dealing with somethings that I don't like. I was liking ziggys except for the minimap and regular map. I dont like how the mini map doesn't show anything and i don't like how the map changes all the animal locations to paws. I like how all the gun stuff is done, enemies, and extra stuff needed for crafting. Anyone have some suggestions they can throw my way for something that might help with my issue?

Topic kinda says it. I would like to improve as many visual aspects of the game as i can. I've been looking at and trying to figure out mods for a couple days now. Mainly for the core elements of the game like overhauls, weapons, armors, and general gameplay. So im getting kinda numb looking at and trying to figure mods out. Figured i would ask. This is what i have installed so far. Official HD textures Skyrim HD 2k textures W.A.T.E.R. Better Dynamic Snow Enhanced Distant Terrain Enhanced Lights and FX Superb ENB Now as im looking through mods im wondering what else i can improve. I come accross Project Reality - Climates Of Tamriel - Weather - Lighting and CLARALUX - More and Brighter Lights. Problem i was told is Climates isnt compatible with Superb ENB. I like the look of ENB but im really wanting to get the climates mod so im guessing i need to go another route then superb ENB, just not sure what. Wondering if there is an all in one mod that will take care of everything. Im open to suggestions, like i said i want to improve all visual aspects. Thanks in advance to any who help me out.
