  1. Ok that helped a lot on the testing part. I managed to do it somehow. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
  2. I'm trying desperately to modify an existing mesh for Fallout New Vegas (a pair of shoes for personal use). So when i try to put it in game it doesn't show (it is invisible). I'm a noob modeller and really frustrated right now because it's the 10th time I'm trying this and it doesn't work. So I did everything there is to do in this tutorial: http://www.tesnexus.com/articles/article.php?id=363 The modifications I want to do: delete some faces on the mesh and scale a part of it. I did Ctrl-A after the scaling, deleted the skeleton when needed, imported a new one when needed, took care for the new armature to be imported as Scene Root and not Scene Root.001, blah blah. I saved really often (after any modification - I don't know if it has anything to do with my problem). Also I export the file as Fallout 3 nif not Oblivion (I don't know again if it has anything to do with my problem). Also I installed blender with the guide in this site so I don't think anything is wrong there. I saw some tutorials on this "invisible problem" and tried to do what they say but I didn't solve the problem. I checked for the texture paths, imported a new skeleton if the old one was broken, etc. Any ideas guys and gals? I'm really unhappy right now (kinda emo tbh) cause if I manage to do this I'll be modding many of the existing armors and cloths.
