Great now its doing the same for the ghosts..

The only mods I have installed are town enhancements such as more trees and such, armour and new weapons and texture replacements, no quest mods, no race mods, no mods which affect npc's. I've already disabled every mod and tried it without them but it didn't work. also repaired and redownloaded the main skyrim files. EDIT: Thanks that console command worked :)

Anyone? :( It's making the game unplayable since I've never actually finished the main storyline and finally wanna do it. Also on a side note after loading my save some how my character is a vampire... when I haven't done anything to be one since I am currently a wearwolf.

I started a new game with a new char and a very strange bug occurs and I cannot find a single thread of someone with the same problem, everyone seems to be able to get past this and gets stuck on the next bit. I go to High hrothgar and speak to him, he says to demonstrate I am dragonborn by shouting at him with Fus. I do it.. but nothing happens he just keeps repeating, "Shout at us." over and over and I've tried to get all of them, and done it from so many angles, reloaded the save, left and come back etc. But nothing, I cannot progress at all. It hits them because it says they are immune to it and their health bar shows for a moment like normal. Any ideas? I have no Shouts mods installs.
