Fort Bannister should have more brotherhood of steel soldiers or patrols since they conquer it . Only 3 brotherhood are not enough because they was easily dispatched by the talon company mercs. Can someone help me to make this? Having only paladin jensen and some pack brahmins that occupy the camp bothers me
