Hi, I was wondering on how to download a character for oblivion and somehow install the character into the game? Some help would be greatly appreciated lol.

Hi, I was looking at all of these tutorials for installing oblivion mods and such, but I can't seem to get it right. When I use the obmm thing, it says something about windows vista, and I have windows 7, and I have limited access for it. It would be nice if anyone could help me out a bit?
