Ok, thanks for reply. I know those mods, but never liked them. So when I will start playing F3 again, I will try doing it in some homemade way for myself.

I think it should be pretty easy. (seeing how people transfer weapons from F3 to FNV) Just replace F3 APA with F:NV APA (normal one and tesla one), so every Enclave soidier would look more normally, without those weird Beth armors.
