In response to post #11032534. Its because when you live in North America(at least I'm assuming you do) your downloading from servers thousands of miles away it just doesn't work well. My suggestion is to go to your settings in NMM and change your download location.

The patch installed fine but my left handed weapon still doesn't appear sheathed with modded weapons.
