I would pay for someone to make the outfit and gun!

So I just installed the Special Edition, and every time I click start new game my game crashes on the loading screen. I haven't installed any mods for it yet, and I've reinstalled the game twice now and I CTD at the same spot every time. Is there anyone else having this problem? My card, dx12, and all of that is up to date. AMD FX 8350 EVGA GTX 970 4GB ssc 16gb RAM Windows 10.
