So I tried using BOSS it said there were no problems (I have no mods on right now other then the official plugins) and still getting the same crash

I'm sure everyone has seen this problem a million times but i just re-installed oblivion fresh on steam and it crashes just after the Bethesda logo pops up ( Specifically says oblivion has stopped working). I have tried deleting the .ini file and it did nothing could use some help please.
