I appreciate your help! I was actually able to resolve the issue. Anyone who had similar issues.. I simply used Google Chrome instead of Firefox. Haven't had a single DL issue since, and my overall speed is right where it should be!

Hello! I'm having extremely slow download speeds, even with a Premium account. At home, I have DSL, so there I understand. However, I pay for Premium during the school year so that I can utilize my school's Verizon FIOs (I just downloaded Skyrim Special Edition in 12mins) but I rarely get a DL speed above 500KB when downloading any mods from Nexus. *Back in Aug.
