i guess the plugins such as clocks and icexpand either are not in the right order, or dont have the right resource files, so i will just leave better cities installed which seems okay for now, and go without the others. i fixed the staircase problem in market district. thanks for trying though

hi so i have some mods installed, better cities (yes i have the resource pack installed) cloaks and capes, character overhaul, immersive weapons, etc when i enter the lower talos plaza district theres missing meshes on the ceilings and on the streets outside and even on npcs, ive tried disabling and reenabling the mods. changing the load order and even trying boss/wrye but i dont know what the hell im doing, so can anyone help? heres some screen shots of installed plugins also i did manage to fix the error in market district with misplaced stairs but i dont know how it got messed up again http://i.imgur.com/anolstx.png http://i.imgur.com/cx3qy4Z.png

ill probably download the hide helm shield quiver mod, that sounds cool, i dont like the way some of the helmets look/take away from your characters face

so i own it on console, thinking about just buying steam version and just giving my ps3 version to my bro, anyway im a big fan of morrowind overhaul, it got me to actually complete tribunal story line earlier today, which was okay for the most part but kind of a let down, so now ive beaten pretty much everything in morrowind and was thinking about oblivion with some nice mods as my next game to play. any suggestions? thanks
