That information doesn't seem to be correct. I looked up more information on him and listened to some of his samples and they definitely don't sound the same. Have a listen for yourself. This is Dexion Evicus as he sounds in-game. (ignore the sillyness of the video, it was the best sample of his voice I could find. :tongue:) His voice can best be heard at length, starting at about 1:00 in the video.
And this is a voice demo for Richard Epcar, likely for auditions and casting.
