My specs: Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family graphics card, 2g ram, intel ® core 2 duo cpu, 2.2ghz. The game barely runs at lowest settings and there is a delay in mouse and keyboard movements. I've improved fps rate with mods but cant fix delayed movements. Theres this: http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=34970 that might help but its outdated. Anything else that can help?

Is there a mod which is geared toward higher levels like 25-30? I usually don't have difficulty dispatching enemies in most mods. Of course I could just start a new character. Anyways I remember there being a mod for F3 which had a Terminator sent out to kill you. It was one tough mofo! It's kinda disappointing that there isn't that much Terminator mods for New Vegas though.

I think it would have been cool if you could have been a double agent for a faction.

I play as a merciful thug. If any non quest related nps's have valuable items, I steal it from them or sneak kill them. My way of getting loads of caps is to kill the Van Graff's and sell all their weapons and armor. That and killing the Gun Runner Guards for the combat armor. (worth around 3000 I think)

It would be awesome if somebody made a mod akin to Cybernetic Dawn for New Vegas.
