Does anybody know if they're is a mod that let's you build on top of one of the really tall buildings in Boston?

Soo there have been redirect ads on this site for awhile now, but as of today I can't use the site at all. I get redirected within seconds of loading the main page to a variety of sites wanting me to install there malware....

A mod that would add different versions of the recruitment beacon for each faction. Soo you could turn certain settlements into brotherhood outposts for example.

WARNING the second sentence implies things the might lead you to thinking about things that might cause hypothetical spoilers. I know I know, I could just not use fast travel but I have a really hard time resisting my urges.... and like usual I always end up regretting it. I realize this would cause problems with that one place that you need fast travel to get too/from. Could this be correcting by placing fixed teleportation spots inside and out of that one place.

I would like to be able to convert all of my (Example) .38 or .45 Cal ammo into say 5mm. So I don't have to carry around 1 weapon for every ammo type (It breaks immersion when I cant fire my Minigun at all times). It would be cool if somebody could sneak this function into a craftable ammo mod. If anyone knows of a mods that already does this pls let me know.
